Itinerary

DAY 00 – KOLHAPUR – MUMBAI BY NAKODA TRAVELS AC SLEEPER BUS
  • Departure to Mumbai at 10:00 PM.
  • Overnight journey to Mumbai.
DAY 01 – MUMBAI – KATHMANDU BY AIR JOURNEY (1337M)
  • Arrival at Andheri stop by 06:30 AM.
  • Pick up by arranged vehicle and transfer to Mumbai International Airport Terminal T2.
  • Complete airport formalities and fly to Kathmandu by INDIGO 6E 1365, departing at 11:30 AM.
  • Arrive at Kathmandu Airport at 14:05 PM.
  • Welcome, transfer, and check into the hotel.
  • Overnight stay at Kathmandu.
DAY 02 – KATHMANDU-CHITWAN BY ROAD
  • After breakfast, depart to Chitwan National Park.
  • Visit Mankamana Devi’s temple by cable car riding on the way.
  • Proceed to Chitwan, check into the hotel with a welcome drink.
  • Evening Tharu (ethnic) Culture Dance.
  • Overnight stay at the hotel.
DAY 03 – CHITWAN (JUNGLE ACTIVITIES)
  • After breakfast, start jungle activities including canoeing on the Rapti River, jungle walk, and visit to the Elephants Breeding Center.
  • After lunch, Elephant Safari to see One-Horned-Rhinoceros and many wild animals.
  • Evening visit to Rapti River Bank for Sunset View.
  • Overnight stay at the hotel
DAY 04 – CHITWAN TO POKHARA
  • After breakfast, depart to Pokhara, approximately 6 hours drive.
  • Check into the hotel with a welcome drink.
  • After lunch and short rest, proceed to Phewa Lake for boating to visit BARAHI Temple.
  • Overnight stay at the hotel.
DAY 05 – POKHARA
  • After breakfast, start Pokhara city sightseeing including Davi’s fall, Gupteshwar Cave, International Mountaineering Museum, White River Gorge, Nepalese Gorkha Museum, and Vindhyawashini Temple.
  • Rest of the day is free for self-exploration.
  • Overnight stay at the hotel.
DAY 06 – POKHARA-KATHMANDU
  • After breakfast at the hotel, transfer to Pokhara domestic airport.
  • Fly 35 minutes to Kathmandu.
  • Arrival transfer from the domestic airport to the hotel.
  • After lunch, proceed for Bhaktapur city sightseeing.
  • Overnight stay at the hotel.
DAY 07 – KATHMANDU VALLEY SIGHTSEEING (1337M)
  • After breakfast, start Kathmandu valley sightseeing including Shree Pashupatinath Temple, Budhanilkantha (Sleeping Vishnu), Swyambhunath Stupa.
  • After lunch, drop to Thamel market for shopping.
  • Overnight stay at the hotel.
DAY 08 – KATHMANDU-MUMBAI BY AIR JOURNEY – MUMBAI-KOLHAPUR NAKODA TRAVELS AC SLEEPER BUS
  • After breakfast, check out from the hotel and transfer to the airport.
  • Complete airport formalities and fly to Mumbai by INDIGO 6E 1366, departing at 15:05 PM, arriving at Mumbai Airport at 17:45 PM.
  • Onward proceed to Kolhapur by arranged AC Sleeper bus.
  • Tour ends with sweet memories.

We will endeavor to make your program smooth and as pleasant as possible. However, the entire programs of trekking are on the ranges of great mountains.  Therefore, Summit Adventures shall not be responsible for any changes in the itineraries due to unavoidable circumstance and natural disasters such as landslide, road blockage, flood, snowing, cancellation of flight and delay, any types of sickness including altitude sickness.  Any extra cost including there shall be borne by trekkers themselves

Insurance

Full trekking and travel insurance coverage for medicine, rescue evacuation, lost of belongs, and trip cancellation is strongly recommended. We recommend purchasing insurance policy with reliable company which most cover the emergency medical evacuation.

Bring the following items with you

Woolen gloves, Balaclava, Sun hat, Thermal wear, Water bottle, Woolen socks, Towel, Light Jacket, Down-Jacket, Sunglasses, Sun and cold cream, Torch with extra batteries / bulbs, Raincoat, Paper Soap, Sweater, Shirt / T-shirt, Trekking shoes, trekking stick, flip- flop, persons medicines and bandages ETC – as required.
